Hey, I'm Kaylee!

I currently work as an Event Coordinator in the wedding industry, where I get to be behind the scenes of some of life's biggest celebrations. I love the moving pieces of an event. Whether thats creating timelines, coordinating details, solving the unexpected, and making sure everything comes together.

WM Planning Co. is a natural extension of that passion.

With a degree in Marketing and design, I bring both a creative and strategic perspective to every event. I love creating a vision and bringing it to life, but I also genuinely enjoy the organization, logistics, and behind the scenes work.

And this love for events didn't start with my career.

In college, I served on multiple executive boards and quikly realized that the events were always my favorite parts. During my internships, I found myself gravitating toward event planning whenever the opportunity came up. At home, I've planning graduation parties for my self, my brothers and my cousins. Eventually, this lead me to become the go-to person in my family and friend circle for events.

Even planning my own wedding only confirmed what I already knew: I love events.

While weddings will always hold a special place in my heart, WM Planning Co. is about much more than weddings. From graduations and showers to birthdays, corporate events, weddings and everything in between, I love helping people celebrate the moments that matter to them.
